Arch Manning underwent offseason surgery, per Texas
Texas quarterback Arch Manning underwent minor foot surgery this week as a preventative measure to address a previous injury, per a UT spokesman. He will be limited during off-season workouts but is expected back during spring football.

Xavier Filsaime (shoulder), Trevor Goosby (shoulder), Emmett Mosley V (ankle), Ty’Anthony Smith (shoulder), and Ryan Wingo (wrist) all had off-season surgery, per a UT spokesman. All are expected back 100 percent healthy by the season, per UT.
This past season, Manning was 248-for-404 for 3163 yards and 26 touchdowns over seven interceptions. He rushed for 10 touchdowns and caught one touchdown as well.
Filsaime played in 10 games in 2025. He had 16 tackles and a pass defended.
Goosby was the Longhorns’ starter at left tackle in all 13 games during the 2025 season.
Mosley V logged 28 catches for 408 yards and three touchdowns in nine games.
Smith logged 60 tackles with 5.5 for loss and 2.0 sacks plus two interceptions, a fumble recovery, and two forced fumbles in 2025.

Wingo was the Longhorns’ leading receiver in 2025 with 54 catches for 834 yards and seven touchdowns. He also had seven rushes for 42 yards.
