On3 Consensus 4-Star Bosco CB Jshawn Frausto-Ramos Locks in USC Visit

Frausto-Ramos who has 15+ offers, alerted WeAreSC Sunday of his plans to visit USC. He told us communication recently picked up with Coach Donte Williams and led to an April 16 visit date.
