Texas Recruiting Intel: Momentum Building with Key Targets and RPM Picks

It’s early in the cycle for Texas to build momentum, but as we’ve been saying, there are hints of it. Is it real, is it fauxmentum? It depends on how you qualify momentum. If it requires a run of public commitments, we’ll probably have to wait for a run of commitments. If it requires a commitment or two and improved trend lines, then that’s doable.
