On the defensive side of the ball, TJ Bamba and Nate Bittle earned Big Ten All-Defensive honors. Both have had huge impacts this season keeping Oregon in the game with opponents. Bamba has been a lock down defender on the perimeter in a number of big games. As for Bittle he has been a game-changer in the paint for Oregon all season long.
Meanwhile Bittle and Jackson Shelstad were listed on the All-conference third team. Shelstad has not only been Oregon’s point man this season leading the offense, he’s been Mr. Clutch in numerous late games.
Up next is the Big Ten tournament opener against Indiana Thursday at 9 AM PST.
