QUACK: Oregon Lands EDGE Jaeden Moore
On Wednesday the Ducks landed another big defensive commit. Once again Dan Lanning and his staff have added to its defensive line haul.
This time the Ducks were back in the fertile California recruiting grounds. Central Valley Christian (Calif.) EDGE Jaeden Moore committed to the Ducks over UCLA, Washington and others.
The 6-foot-3, 225-pounder also added an offer from Notre Dame this week but the Irish were too late to the party. Moore elected to continue with his commitment Wednesday afternoon.

Moore is ranked as the No. 778 overall player in the On3 Consensus Rankings. While that isn’t a lofty ranking, there is a lot to like on Moore’s film.
Prior to his commitment, Moore noted a strong connection with the Oregon staff.
“The facilities and technology is nice and all but what really makes the place special is the coaching staff. I have a great connection with Coach Lanning and his staff.”
Oregon now has 16 verbal commits in the 2023 class with the addition of Moore.
