QUACK! Khamari Terrell Kickstarts Massive Weekend with Commitment
It didn’t take long for the fireworks to begin in what is widely regarded as Oregon’s biggest recruiting weekend ever. Khamari Terrell, a 4-star defensive back from Killeen, Texas, committed to the Ducks Friday afternoon, announcing on his Instagram.
Terrell is the 14th member of Oregon’s 2022 class should he sign on Wednesday, February 2nd. He is the 7th player to flip to the Ducks since new head coach Dan Lanning took over in December.

Terrell fits the body type that Lanning had ample success with at Georgia, that of the longer, more fluid corner. He’s 6-1, 180, and listed as the 109th ranked player overall according to On3. Terrell joins Jalil Tucker (signed) and Christian Gonzalez, a transfer from Colorado, as new defensive back commits. Oregon is believed to be the frontrunner for Jahlil Florence, who is in Eugene this weekend.
It’s Friday afternoon. Odds are this won’t be the final QUACK piece we put up this weekend, so stay tuned.
