QUAAACK: Top-100 EDGE Rashad Streets Commits to Oregon
Dan Lanning and the Ducks are heating up on the recruiting trail. 2027 4-star Raleigh (NC) Millbrook EDGE Rashad Streets has announced his commitment to Oregon.
Streets was on campus in Eugene earlier this week for a spring visit and picked Oregon from a final group that also featured Alabama, Ohio State, South Carolina, Florida State and North Carolina State from his more than 35 offers.
The newest Duck pledge checks in at 6’4″, 230 pounds and is the No. 61 prospect nationally, the No. 8 EDGE and the No. 5 prospect in North Carolina according to the Rivals300. As a junior in 2025 he recorded 15 sacks, 39.5 tackles for loss, 5 forced fumbles and 103 total tackles.
Streets has been a frequent visitor for the Ducks and was also on campus in January for a Junior Day visit. Following that trip he said he was “ready to speed things up” in his process.
EDGE coach Kamran Araghi was Streets’ primary recruiter and adds another feather in his cap after signing prized EDGE Anthony ‘Tank’ Jones out of Alabama in the 2026 class.

“Coach Kam, he’s real. I see him go out and interact with the players. He’s not changing who he is around me. I feel like we have a really good relationship,” Streets told ScoopDuck after the January visit. “Nobody talks about Coach Kam and I feel like he’s a really hard worker. Getting to hear his story and where he came from and how he worked up the ranks, I just really respect that. He definitely hit it off with my Mom. I really like Coach Kam. I really like his character.”
With Streets now in the fold, Oregon’s 2027 recruiting class is up to six overall commitments.
Streets is the fourth prospect along the defensive line in the Ducks’ haul, joining 4-star Little Elm (Tex.) Guyer4-star defensive lineman Zane Rowe, 4-star Alabaster (Ala.) Thompson defensive lineman Cam Prichett, and 3-star Salt Lake City (UT) Olympus athlete Sam Ngata.
The commitment of the coveted edge rusher is yet another example of Oregon flexing its recruiting chops as a national brand after the Ducks also signed elite Rivals Industry 5-star tight end Kendre’ Harrison out of North Carolina in the 2026 cycle.
