Report: Oregon OL George Silva Enters the Transfer Portal
The transfer portal never officially closes if you are a graduate transfer. Which happens to be the case for Oregon offensive lineman George Silva.
On3’s Pete Nakos reports Silva plans to enter the transfer portal as a graduate transfer from Oregon. Silva was able to petition for another year of eligibility with the Diego Pavia ruling at Vanderbilt.
The 6-foot-7, 295-pounder enrolled with Oregon as part of its 2023 class after his time at Fullerton College in California. He was the top ranked offensive tackle coming out of JUCO that year.
Silva appeared in seven games his first year at Oregon back in 2024 as a Junior. This last season he saw action in six games for the Ducks.
