OU transfer portal intel: Reggie Virgil set to visit Sooners

The transfer portal is officially open and OU has been busy identifying who they are targeting. The Sooners need a lot of help after a 6-6 season, especially on the offensive side of the ball. That's where the majority of the activity has been three days into the portal. But there have been some defensive targets emerging in recent days.
