NCAA appeals Owen Heinecke injunction, seeking to reverse judge's decision

Owen Heinecke's battle with the NCAA isn't over. On Friday, the NCAA appealed Heinecke's granted injunction in hopes of taking it to the Oklahoma Supreme Court, according to OSCN. This was an expected outcome after Heinecke was granted his injunction on April 16 by Cleveland County Judge Thad Balkman.
