Brent Venables has a lot of faith in Ben Arbcukle. Now entering his fifth season as Oklahoma's head coach, Venables hired Arbuckle following a disastrous 2024 season, hoping the then-29-year-old offensive playcaller from Washington State could save his tenure in Norman. And Arbuckle certainly played a part in OU's recovery in 2025, making the College Football Playoff, despite another lackluster offense.
