Hinzman started 13 games at center for Ohio State in 2023. He was forced into a reserve role at the start of the this season, however, after the Buckeyes added former Alabama center Seth McLaughlin in the offseason. Hinzman has started the past seven games of the season following a pair of injuries, however. He was inserted as the Buckeyes starting left guard following Josh Simmon’s season-ending injury and slide inside to center after McLaughlin went down with a season-ending injury prior to the Indiana game.
A cancer diagnosis forced Henry to retire from football in December of 2022.He remains with the team but has never suited up for the Scarlet and Gray.
Things never materialized for Fitzpatrick, however. Now he’s entering the transfer portal to find his next college football stop after three seasons at Ohio State.
