JUCO EDGE Josh Warren Jr. commits to NC State
After visiting NC State for its 42-19 rivalry win over North Carolina this past Saturday, Milledgeville (Ga.) Georgia Military College EDGE Josh Warren Jr. committed to the Wolfpack.
Warren, who was originally committed to The Citadel out of high school, chose NC State over West Virginia, where he took an official visit last weekend. He is expected to be an early enrollee this January with three years of eligibility remaining.
NC State defensive line coaches Charley Wiles and Elisha Shaw took the lead with his recruitment as the Wolfpack closed on earning his services ahead of the early signing period next week. Warren joins former NC State offensive tackle Anthony Belton, who was a second-round pick by the Green Bay Packers last spring, as the Pack’s most-recent commitments from Georgia Military College products.
