Intel: NC State hosts 5-star recruit for unofficial visit

NC State coach Justin Gainey built a reputation for being an elite recruiter during his time at Tennessee. He wasn’t afraid to battle blue-blood programs from prospects, most notably landing Warrenton (Va.) Highland School five-star Nate Ament last cycle.  And, well, he’s looking to get into another battle for a five-star — just this time with the Wolfpack.
