2025 receiver Davian Jackson commits to Mississippi State
Mississippi State got off to a good start Saturday evening with this weekend’s official visitors. Per his Instagram, 2025 receiver prospect Davian Jackson of Westgate (La.) High School is the latest Bulldog commitment in the class.
Jackson is currently on his Mississippi State visit along with 14 other official visitors this weekend. With his decision, Jackson becomes the 13th commitment in the class for head coach Jeff Lebby and the first receiver commitment.
“It’s always great with Coach Bump (receivers coach Chad Bumphis),” remarked the 6-foot-2 and 185-pound Jackson earlier this week. “He’s a cool guy and he keeps in touch with me a lot, almost every day. He’s really cool, down to earth. He knows where I am coming from and he gets me.

“Coach Bump said if I want to go to the league then Mississippi State would be the best place for me,” Jackson added. “He is going to help me become the person I want to be, with football and when football ends. That’s pretty much what he’s been telling me.”
Jackson also holds Power 5 offers from Ole Miss, Miami, Houston, Georgia Tech and Arkansas among others. Stay turned to Maroon and White Daily as we will have more from Jackson on Sunday when he completes his Mississippi State official visit.
