Newsstand: Dusty May to coach with USA Basketball this month

Michigan basketball head coach Dusty May will spend time coaching with Team USA at its training camp in Colorado Springs later this month ahead of the FIBA U18 Men’s Americup in Leon, Mexico in early June.
Training camp will be led by 2026 USA Men’s U18 National Team head coach Anthony Grant (University of Dayton) and assistant coaches Matt Langel (Colgate University) and Nate Oats (University of Alabama). For more information, click here.
Assisting as court coaches during the opening phase of training camp will be Dennis Gates (University of Missouri), Greg Kampe (Oakland Univ – MI), 2026 NCAA champion Dusty May (University of Michigan) and Ritchie McKay (Liberty University). McKay will return to USA Basketball for the first time since winning gold as an assistant coach at the 1997 World University Games while Gates, Kampe and May will make their USA Basketball coaching debuts.
