Michigan flips Rivals300 CB Jamarion Vincent away from Baylor

Michigan has secured a big recruiting win before National Signing Day.

Rivals300 Waco (Texas) Connally cornerback Jamarion Vincent flipped his commitment from Baylor to Michigan following two fall visits.

Vincent made his first trip to Ann Arbor in October. However, in the weeks following the visit, it appeared more and more likely that Vincent would stick with Baylor. Michigan never stopped fighting and got Vincent back on campus for the game against Ohio State.

It was there where Michigan was able to make one final push and complete the flip.

Vincent is Michigan’s second cornerback commit of the cycle. He joins four-star Richmond (Va.) Hermitage prospect Andre Clarke, who committed over the summer.

At 6-foot-2, 165 pounds, Vincent is ranked as the No. 24 cornerback and No. 161 overall prospect nationally, per the Rivals Industry Rankings. He is also ranked as the No. 22 overall recruit in the state of Texas this cycle.
