Michigan State and Harlon Barnett offered 2023 defensive back Philipp Davis out of Lake Whales (FL) on Jan. 3. With just a few weeks until the late signing period, Davis quickly scheduled an official visit for the weekend on Jan. 21. He recaps the trip and hints of a commitment below.
