No. 2 Kentucky volleyball wraps up its regular season at home this weekend, hosting Oklahoma on Friday at 7:00 p.m. (SEC Network+) before celebrating Senior Day against Arkansas on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. (ESPN+) inside Memorial Coliseum.

The Wildcats (20-2, 13-0 SEC) head into the weekend riding high on a 17-match win streak, sitting just one win away from capturing at least a share of a ninth straight SEC regular-season title. With tournament play just around the corner, the Cats look to stay perfect in conference action and carry their momentum into postseason competition.

Senior outside hitter Brooklyn DeLeye has shone all season long by continuing to set the tone offensively, averaging 4.7 kills and 2.1 digs per set. Eva Hudson, the transfer from Purdue, has made her mark acting as a major force on the offensive end, averaging 4.6 kills, 2.5 digs, and hitting .319 per set. She rolled her ankle in the win over Tennessee on Sunday, with head coach Craig Skinner saying Thursday she’ll be a game-time decision for Friday vs. Oklahoma.

Freshman setter Kassie O’Brien, who has earned herself multiple SEC Freshman of the Week honors, averages 10.5 assists per set, while junior libero Molly Tuozzo anchors the defense, averaging 13.7 digs per match.

Friday’s faceoff with Oklahoma (15-8; 7-6 SEC) will test Kentucky against a competitive Sooners squad. They are led by outside hitter Alexis Shelton, a Third Team All-American who averages 15.4 kills and 5.6 digs per match. Known for her leadership and all-around athleticism, Shelton is the centerpiece of Oklahoma’s fast and aggressive offense. The Sooners hit a .259 average, and their fast pace and balanced attacks will challenge Kentucky, demanding sharp execution.

Sunday’s Senior Day against Arkansas (5-19; 1-12 SEC) will honor Hudson, the Wildcats’ lone senior. The Razorbacks are a disciplined SEC program, known for their composure in key moments. Kentucky hopes to use the home crowd energy and the inspiration of Senior Day to send off its veteran leaders with a victory, extending its win streak and closing out the regular season on a high note.

Skinner reflected on Hudson’s impact this season, praising her determination and leadership.

“It’s only been less than a year,” said Skinner. “Just certainly appreciative and thankful to have the opportunity to coach Eva this year. I know our team is appreciative of what she’s been able to do for us on the floor and the determination she brings. It’s been a pleasure.”

With tournament competition nearly here, the weekend marks both a celebration of Hudson and her immense contribution to Kentucky’s program and a statement of readiness to make a deep run in the postseason ahead.
