Iowa defense gets ready for Pavia
The Iowa defense may be facing it’s biggest stress test on December 31st when the Hawkeyes tangle with Vanderbilt in the ReliaQuest Bowl. That stress test is in the form of Heisman Trophy runner-up Diego Pavia, who can beat opposing teams with his arm and his legs.
The Hawkeyes know they will have their hands full when they try to slow down the talented quarterback. Iowa’s defensive players talk about the challenge they face against Pavia and the challenge that he presents on the field.
