FSU WR Elijah Moore announces he will enter transfer portal
Wide receiver Elijah Moore, who was one of the marquee signings in Florida State’s 2024 recruiting class, announced Monday that he is entering the transfer portal after two years with the Seminoles.
Moore, who was rated the No. 31 receiver in the country and one of the top 200 prospects in the Rivals Industry Ranking, caught a total of five passes during the 2024 and ’25 seasons.
The 6-foot-4, 206-pound wideout caught two passes for 17 yards as a freshman, then three passes for 52 yards this past season as a redshirt freshman.
That’s now five of the top seven signees from Florida State’s 2024 class who have moved on. And of the 23 total high school signees that year, 12 have either departed or made plans to enter the portal.

The NCAA transfer portal officially opens on Jan. 2 this cycle, and it will remain open for 15 days.
