Florida Gators linebacker Aaron Chiles re-signs for junior season
GAINESVILLE, Fla. — Gators linebacker Aaron Chiles has re-signed with Florida Victorious for his junior season. He announced the news on social media Tuesday.
Chiles played in all 12 games this season. He finished the year with 52 total tackles, 2.5 TFL, two quarterback hurries, 0.5 sacks and a pass breakup.
Chiles made his first career start in the SEC finale against No. 20 Tennessee. He co-led the team with nine tackles, which tied his career high.
Chiles first registered nine tackles in a game earlier this season at No. 5 Texas A&M. He also led the Gators in tackling against the Aggies.
