SIGNED: Troy transfer RB Tae Meadows signs with Auburn

Troy transfer running back Tae Meadows has signed with Auburn, AuburnSports has learned.

Meadows, who has one year of eligibility, signed with the Tigers on Thursday. His decision to transfer to Auburn comes after an official visit on Jan. 18.

Meadows transfers to Auburn after spending four years at Troy. During his career with the Trojans, Meadows rushed for 741 yards and seven touchdowns. His breakout season came in 2025 when he rushed for 695 yards and six touchdowns.

Meadows attended Handley High School in Roanoke, Ala. He is listed at 5-foot-10 and 200 pounds.

Meadows is the third transfer running back to sign with Auburn, joining Bryson Washington (Baylor) and Nykahi Davenport (USF).
