West Virginia set to host Division II All-American transfer LB Tristan Exline

The West Virginia football program is set to host Division II all-American Texas-Permian Basin transfer linebacker Tristan Exline on a visit once the dead period ends.

Exline, 6-foot-1, 215-pounds, is coming off a standout campaign at the Division II level where he recorded 143 tackles, 19.5 tackles for loss, 5.5 sacks and 2 forced fumbles.


    

For his career the Texas native has 272 tackles, 39 tackles for loss and 12 sacks, 4 forced fumbles and 3 interceptions.

He is set to take an official visit to Morgantown Jan. 9 and will head to Florida State first Jan. 2.

Exline has appeared in 37 career games and has one year of eligibility remaining.
