West Virginia CB Dawayne Galloway plans to enter transfer portal
West Virginia freshman cornerback Dawayne Galloway plans to enter the transfer portal when it opens Jan. 2.
Galloway, 6-foot-1, 165-pounds, spent only one season with the Mountaineers but did not see any action. He came to Morgantown as a three-star prospect by Rivals and recorded 37 tackles and two interceptions as a senior and wasn’t targeted in eight of 11 games.
“God has a plan for me,” he retweeted a report with the news.
Galloway would have four years of eligibility remaining.
