0-for-10/13-for-24 – After not going to the SEC Championship game in its first ten years of existence, Georgia will now be going to the game for the 13th time in the last 24 years.

1-in-7/4-in-5 – Gunner Stockton started the season throwing just one interception in his first seven games, but since he has thrown four in his last five matchups.

2 – CJ Allen returned to action after injuring his knee against Texas. He ended the game with two tackles including one for loss.

2 and 2 – Georgia Tech was successful just two times on third down conversions twice in the first quarter and just two other times the rest of the game.

4 – Ellis Robinson had another pick on Friday. His four leads the Georgia defense this season.

4-in-9/4-in-3 – Georgia’s defense had just four interceptions in its first nine game, but it has had four more in its last three contests.

5 – Georgia found out it will be appearing in its fifth straight SEC Championship game, tying the conference record set by Florida when the Gators played in the first five from 1992 to 1996.

6 – Peyton Woodring nailed a 50-yard field goal early in the fourth quarter. It was his third field goal of 50 or more yards this season and sixth of his career. The six is tied for the third most by a Georgia kicker with Allan Leavitt, Rex Robinson, Brandon Coutu, and Rodrigo Blankenship.

7 – The Dawgs’ defense had seven tackles for a loss, including one sack by Christen Miller.

8 – Georgia has won eight straight in the series against Georgia Tech. The eight-game win streak is the longest for the Bulldogs and ties the longest for either team in the series.

9 – The nine points scored by the Yellow Jackets were their fewest total of the season, and it was also the fourth time that Georgia held Georgia Tech under ten points under Kirby Smart.

9 – KJ Bolden led the Bulldogs’ defense with nine tackles in the game.

11+ – Of Kirby Smart’s ten seasons as a Bulldog head coach, he has had at least 11 wins in eight of them.

12-1 – Smart has a 12-1 record as a head coach against teams from the ACC.

16 – Georgia scored just 16 points, and it was the 16th time under Kirby Smart that Georgia scored fewer than 20 points (the Bulldogs are 7-9 in those games).

29 – The seven-point victory for the Dawgs over the Jackets was the 29th all-time win against the Jackets in games decided by seven points or less.

35:21 – The Bulldogs controlled the clock for 35 minutes and 21 seconds in the game.

39/88.3 – Haynes King had 39 yards rushing against the Dawgs. He came into the game averaging 88.3 yards per game on the ground.

70 – Stockton’s 70 yards passing was the third-lowest total in the Kirby Smart era and the fewest since the 35 in 2019 vs Kentucky.

73 – Georgia’s 73 total wins over Georgia Tech are the most the Bulldogs have over any opponent.

108 – Nate Frazier’s 108 yards rushing was his third career game with 100 or more rush yards.
