Transfer portal DL target sets Texas Tech visit

The NCAA Division 1 transfer portal officially opens on January 2nd, and the Texas Tech coaches are planning to be aggressive in that market once again. It was previously announced that Western Colorado linebacker Cameron Cooper will visit the Red Raiders on January 3rd, and now we have another confirmed visitor.
