Pitt Sights & Sounds: Spring Camp Opens as Panthers Begin Work for 2026
PITTSBURGH — The first whistles, sprints and drills of Pitt spring camp are underway on the South Side Monday at the UPMC Rooney Sports Complex.
Two months removed from the 2025 season finale against East Carolina, Pitt moves ahead toward the 2026 campaign.
As any camp, there are plenty of storylines on both offense and defense between transfers, returners, new coaches and more.
One of those key returners is sophomore quarterback Mason Heintschel, who got in his first reps of spring ball on Monday.
