Georgia Tech fired head men's basketball coach Damon Stoudamire last Sunday, and athletic director Ryan Alpert has been very busy since. From talking to JOL sources, Alpert is conducting a national search, and no hire has been made as of Friday. Several candidates are still coaching other programs in the postseason and NCAA Tournament, so the timeline could extend well into next week, depending on who Alpert taps for the job.
