Make that eight commitments out of the transfer portal in just 24 hours for the Louisville football program.

Brody Foley, a 6-foot-6 tight end from Tulsa, is considered to be the No. 3 tight end available in the transfer portal. The senior had a strong season in 2025, catching 37 passes for 528 yards and seven touchdowns. It was his first season for the Golden Hurricanes, as he spent three seasons prior at Indiana.

As a recruit in the 2022 class, Foley was the No. 548 overall player and No. 30 tight end nationally, according to the Rivals Industry Ranking. He flipped his commitment from Tennessee to Indiana late in the recruiting cycle.

In three years with the Hoosiers, the Cincinnati, Ohio, native appeared in 20 games but mostly on special teams. He emerged as a pass-catcher with Tulsa, being one of the most productive tight ends in the nation, leading his team in receiving yards, and earning first-team All-Conference honors.

He scored nine touchdowns (seven receiving; two rushing), which was the fourth most touchdowns scored by a player in the American Conference this season. Against ECU, Foley tallied a career-high 126 yards on six receptions. He set a career-high with seven receptions against Oregon State.

Foley will join the Cardinals with just one year of eligibility remaining.
