Louisville football 2026 offseason roster tracker
With the transfer portal officially open, it’s a good time to launch the Louisville football 2026 offseason roster tracker.
Below is a chart featuring all scholarship players on this fall’s roster, and it will be updated as players announce their plans to stay, leave, or join the Cardinals program.

Also added are the 19 incoming freshmen, many of whom are expected to enroll in the spring semester of this academic year.
As of Thursday, January 8, here are the players who have entered the transfer portal.

Also of note, Louisville native and defensive end Micah Carter originally planned to enter the transfer portal, but has committed to return to play for the Cardinals next season. Antonio Watts just announced the same on Saturday.
As has, Isaac Brown.
Jeff Brohm’s team has now won nine games for the third consecutive season, marking the first time since the Cards achieved the feat from 2012-14.
Louisville finished the regular season with a 9-4 record and a 27-22 win over Toledo in Bush’s Boca Raton Bowl of Beans.
