Bulls staff make Georgia DB Jalen Welch feel like a priority on visit

Grayson safety Jalen Welch made the trip down to Tampa this week to visit USF after recent visits to Florida State, Boston College, and West Virginia. The Bulls were the first program to offer Welch last summer, and he finally had time to make the trip down again to see what the new-look USF program was about this week.
