Louisiana Tech Lands Florida State Transfer OL Tye Hylton
Louisiana Tech officially announced the signing of Tye Hylton on Wednesday.
Hylton, a transfer offensive lineman from Florida State, will arrive in Ruston with three years of eligibility remaining.
A native of Oviedo, Florida, Hylton did not see game action during his time in Tallahassee, but he brings significant pedigree to Tech. He was ranked as a Top 50 interior offensive lineman in the Class of 2024 by On3.
During his recruitment, Hylton amassed 23 FBS offers, choosing Florida State over programs such as Florida, Penn State, Miami, Texas A&M, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, and Georgia Tech.
