USC lands a commitment from top in-state OL target Vlad Dyakonov
Another top target has committed to USC as Folsom (Calif.) High offensive tackle Vlad Dyakonov has announced his pledge to head coach Lincoln Riley and the Trojans.
The 6-foot-7, 275-pound Dyakonov chose USC over Arizona State, California, Utah and several others.
Tabbed by the On3 Industry as the nation’s No. 34 offensive tackle, he becomes commit No. 22 for the Trojans in the 2026 cycle. Offensive line coach Zach Hanson was the lead recruiter.
Dyakonov made several visits to USC throughout his process.
“The trip was great, USC left a big impression on me and I am very interested,” Dyakonov said in February. “I would say they are in my top schools for sure.
“I like Coach Hanson and Coach Reed a lot and I like their plan of getting guys to the NFL.”
Dyakonov is the second offensive line commit of the class for USC as he joins four-star Esun Tafa. He is set to take his official to the Trojans campus the weekend of June 20.

USC’s class ranked No. 2 nationally per the On3 Industry prior to Dyakonov’s commitment. Offensive line will remain one of the big priorities moving forward. The No. 1 prospect in the state in Oregon commit Kodi Greene is the top target on the board.
Beyond Greene, USC will keep pushing for the likes of four-star offensive tackle Keenyi Pepe, four-star interior player Samuelu Utu, the top recruit in Hawaii Malakai Lee and Kannon Smith.
