Four-star WR Mike Brown commits to Texas A&M adding to Aggies top five recruiting class
Houston (Texas) Legacy four-star receiver Mike Brown has committed to Texas A&M.
The touted in-state prospect chose the Aggies over an offer list that also included Texas, Oklahoma, Michigan, Ohio State, Oregon and many others.
Tabbed by the On3 Industry as the No. 46 receiver in the country, the 6-foot-1, 180-pound Brown becomes commit No. 8 for head coach Mike Elko and his staff in the 2026 cycle. Brown adds to a class that On3 previously ranked No. 4 nationally.

Brown has been a top target for Texas A&M for over a year.
“I felt really comfortable talking with Coach Elko,” he has said in the past. “You can tell that he wants to know about me, not just my game.
“His coaching staff is top notch, pro-level. Coach (Holmon) Wiggins, the co-offensive coordinator/ wide receiver coach, shared some real knowledge. It was exciting to listen to; you can hear his passion.
“The history of A&M, top-notch coaches, and a tight community makes it a great place.”
