IOL Brandon Anderson commits to Missouri: ‘It’s like a family’

Kennesaw (Ga.) North Cobb three-star interior offensive lineman Brandon Anderson received offers from 31 schools. Missouri became the 26th program to offer him on Jan. 14. 

Ever since then, the Tigers have been recruiting him “hard every day.” It paid off for head coach Eliah Drinkwitz and his staff, as Anderson has committed to Missouri over North Carolina and Tennessee. 

“I chose Missouri because of the coaches, the team, the culture and the education there,” Anderson told Rivals. 

Anderson is shutting down his recruitment after joining the Tigers’ 2026 recruiting class. He was previously pledged to the Volunteers and is now set to play for the SEC program in Columbia. 

So far, the 6-foot-5, 335-pound recruit has visited Missouri twice. His trips there have gone very well. 

“It’s really fun out there,” Anderson said. “It’s like a family.” 

Both Drinkwitz and offensive line coach Brandon Jones played a role in Anderson’s decision. He is looking forward to learning from them in the coming years. 

“Coach Jones is a real offensive line coach,” Anderson said. “He keeps it real. He won’t lie to you.” 

“Coach Drinkwitz is a good guy and a good coach,” he added. “I like him because you can call and text him and have a conversation with him about life. Coach Drinkwitz is great.”
