What led to his trust in the coaching staff?
“Coach Smart and the rest of the staff made it their missions to call me almost every other day, send letters to my house, and just check in on me. They’ve been doing this ever since they offered me which was a while ago. Their ability to stay organized and consistent is a reason I can trust them.”
In his own words, what type of player is Marquette getting in Egbuonu?
“I would say I’m an all around player. I’m a bucket getter and can score at all levels. I can get deflections, rebounds and blocks. I can push the ball well in transition who can get blocks.”
He has a message for Marquette fans.
“I want to win. Marquette fans should be excited about the energy I’m going to bring to the team! Go Golden Eagles!!!🟡🔵🦅”
