A versatile offensive weapon, he combines quick feet with high football IQ, allowing him to contribute both in the run game and as a receiver out of the backfield or in the slot. 

Otero shows excellent vision and patience behind the line, waiting for blocks to develop before hitting the hole decisively. Once in the open field, he shifts gears with sudden acceleration, making him a constant big-play threat. His change of direction is sharp, and he routinely makes defenders miss in space with quick cuts and jukes. 

Despite not having prototypical size, he runs with power and is not afraid to lower his shoulder for extra yards. His ability to stop-start, bounce runs outside, or squeeze through tight lanes gives him versatility as both a feature back and a change-of-pace option.

Off the field, he’s a student of the game who balances academics and athletics with maturity. He embraces discipline, focus, and leadership both on and off the field. A standout student-athlete in the Class of 2026. Coaches praise his work ethic, leadership, and team-first mentality. With aspirations to compete at the collegiate level.
