On3 Celebrates 4-Year Anniversary
Today marks four years since we launched On3. In some ways, it feels like yesterday. In others, it feels like we’ve been building toward this moment for three decades. The truth is—we’re just getting started.
While On3 officially launched in 2021, its roots run much deeper. The early days of Rivals and the evolution of digital college sports and recruiting coverage laid the foundation for what we’ve become: a modern sports media company built on trust, data, community, and innovation.
In just four years, we’ve grown from a startup into one of the most trusted voices in college and high school sports. We’ve signed hundreds of partnerships, completed key acquisitions—including Rivals—and expanded our team, our technology, and our impact.
But we’re not chasing short-term wins. We’re building a long-term, independent brand grounded in quality, credibility, and engagement. At the heart of that mission are our iconic fan sites, thriving message board communities, original content, and our rapidly growing team of national newsbreakers and creators.
