3-star DL Mari Lawton names top four teams
Charleston (W.V.) South Charleston three-star defensive lineman Mari Lawton has named his top four teams of Coastal Carolina, Marshall, Ohio and West Virginia.
He is unranked in the 2023 On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. The On3 rankings have Lawton as a three-star recruit and the No. 2 recruit from the state of West Virginia.

Charleston (W.V.) George Washington four-star interior offensive lineman Layth Ghannam is the lone player from West Virginia ranked ahead of Lawton.
Lawton currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $6.2k. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
