2025 WR Zay Martin making a name for himself on Overtime OT7 circuit
Baton Rouge (La.) University Lab 2025 receiver Zay Martin is having a huge spring on the 7v7 circuit.
At the recent OT7 event in Orlando the 5-foot-10, 165-pound Martin has torched secondaries loaded with high-end defensive backs including three touchdowns against South Florida Express, capped by the game-winner with six seconds remaining. He also scored a touchdown against Raw in that same setting.
A three-touchdown performance against top-seeded 24K team at Pylon Mandeville was an eye-opener and Martin had two more scores against South Florida Express in the same tournament.

Martin holds offers from Nicholls State and FIU but is aiming to add a few more on the camp circuit this summer. Camps Martin plans to hit include LSU, Louisiana-Lafayette, Louisiana Tech, Tulane and Houston.
If he performs as well in those settings as he has in these 7v7 tournaments, he’ll soon have more opportunities to sift through.
This past fall Martin helped University Lab advance to the semifinals of the state tournament.
