Report: Georgia RB commit Bo Walker transfers to Rabun Gap-Nacoochee
Last February, Ellenwood (Ga.) four-star running back Bo Walker transferred from Cedar Grove High School to Stockbridge, according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. In March, Cedar Grove offensive coordinator Kendrick Callier was announced to be joining the Stockbridge staff.
Per the AJC, “GHSA rules don’t allow athletes who follow a coach to a new school to participate in athletics for one year.”
Despite Walker transferring to Stockbridge prior to the announcement of Callier’s hire, the GHSA denied Walker’s appeal to play football his senior season.
Now, Walker has found a new home.
Walker now appears on the Rabun Gap-Nacoochee roster, per Jeff Sentell of Dawgnation. Rabun Gap-Nacoochee is an independent school not affiliated with the Georgia High School Association. Last year, the Eagles participated in the NCISAA (North Carolina) playoffs.

The 5-foot-8, 215-pound Walker has been committed to Georgia since last October. In his junior season at Cedar Grove, he ran for 1,579 yards and 29 touchdowns en route to a class 3A state championship.
Rabun Gap-Nacoochee is 2-1 already this season with wins over Benedictine Military School (Ga.) and Christ School (N.C.). The Eagles fell to Baylor School (Tenn.) 21-14 in week two.
