On3 3-star RB Trashon Dye, 2024 ATH Travon Dye commit to Syracuse
Syracuse landed commitments from two brothers on Saturday night. Wayne (N.J.) Passaic County Technical Institute three-star running back Trashon Dye and Wayne (N.J.) Passaic County Technical Institute athlete Travon Dye are headed to the Orange.
Trashon is not ranked in the 2024 On3 Industry Ranking. However, On3 ranks him higher than other recruiting services, according to the Industry Comparison.
Even though he is not ranked in the 2024 On300, Trashon is the No. 77 running back in the 2024 cycle. The 6-foot-0, 200-pound tailback is also the No. 21 player in New Jersey.
Meanwhile, Travon is not ranked in the On3 Industry Ranking or the On300. He is 6-foot-2 and 210 pounds.

“After careful consideration we will be committing to Syracuse university,” the brothers wrote in messages posted to Twitter. “Go orange!”
The Orange’s 2024 recruiting class now contains three players. Syracuse (N.Y.) Christian Brothers Academy three-star wide receiver Syair Torrence is the other member of the group.
Trashon has an On3 NIL Valuation of $5.7K, while Travon’s is $5.6K. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
