TJ Simpkins commits to Seton Hall out of portal
Simpkins wasn’t the only add for Seton Hall in the transfer portal. The Pirates landed Merrimack transfer Adam “Budd” Clark in the portal.
Clark had a breakout year as a sophomore in 2024-25, averaging 19.8 points and 6.0 assists. He had a season-high 32 points twice, including in a close December loss to Stanford, and four double-doubles on the year.
As a freshman in 2023-24, Clark averaged 13.4 points and 3.9 assists per game. He will have two years of eligibility remaining as he makes his way to Seton Hall.
Adam “Budd” Clark is a Philadelphia native and played high school basketball at West Catholic Prep. He won a state title with the program before taking his skills to the college level in 2023.
