4-star PG Dellquan Warren decommits from Rutgers
Dellquan Warren, a four-star point guard in the class of 2024, has decommitted from Rutgers, he told On3.
“After a lot of long hard conversations with my close and loved ones, I have decided to re-open my recruitment with keeping Rutgers at the top of my list,” Warren said in a statement to On3.
The 6-foot-1, 160-pound junior out of Erie (Pa.) Keystone Athletic Academy committed to the Scarlet Knights in December, beating out of the likes of Pitt, Cincinnati, Ohio State, and others. He also received offers from Alabama, Maryland, Dayton, and others.

Warren, a native of Geneva, Ohio, is the No. 73 overall prospect and No. 11 point guard in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 4 player in Pennsylvania.
Following Warren’s decision, Rutgers 2024 recruiting class holds two commitments — five-star small forward Ace Bailey (No. 5) and three-star power forward Lathan Sommerville (No. 141).
