UAB Blazers offensive lineman Brandon Sneh has committed to transfer to the Mississippi State Bulldogs, On3 has learned. He has two seasons of eligibility remaining.

Brandon Sneh played his high school football at Fork Union Military Academy in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. There, he was an overlooked recruit in the Class of 2021. He would start his career at  DII Elizabeth City State University, before eventually landing at Wagner, an FCS program in Staten Island, New York.

One thing that jumps out about Sneh are his measurables. He’s coming in at six-feet-seven inches with an 84 inch wingspan.

Sneh played at Wagner through the 2024 season. After that he would transfer to UAB for the 2025 season. According to PFF, he posted an 81 pass blocking grade and a 72.4 run blocking grade. That came on 795 snaps. During the season, the Blazers underwent a coaching change and Sneh once again entered the Transfer Portal.

In the Transfer Portal, Sneh found plenty of interest as a veteran offensive lineman. At one point, he had committed to transfer to Kansas State. Then, in January of 2026, he would again become a very popular transfer option. Eventually, after visiting with Mississippi State, he landed with the Bulldogs. This comes as they’re looking to revamp their offensive line.

The Mississippi State Bulldogs are coming off a 5-8 season where the Bulldogs went just 1-7 in SEC play. The season included a bowl trip, despite only winning five regular season games. That was actually an improvement from the season before when Mississippi State went 2-10 overall and winless in conference play. So, it was a step up for Jeff Lebby as he’s been working to rebuild the program. Now, another step is going to be expected from him in 2026.

In total, Mississippi State lost 38 players to the Transfer Portal this winter. That number includes four offensive linemen. Brandon Sneh makes for the eighth incoming offensive lineman to Mississippi State, as Lebby is looking to rebuild that unit.

Notably, the Transfer Portal closed on January 16th. That’s the final day it was available for players to enter this offseason. The Spring window has been closed. However, teams can continue to add players.
