Cal Poly transfer OL Brady Norton commits to Michigan
OL Brady Norton has committed to Michigan out of the NCAA Transfer Portal.
Norton’s representation confirmed that news to On3’s Pete Nakos on Monday.
This comes with Norton being one of the top-rated offensive lineman in the portal. That included early interest in him upon his entry from schools like Wake Forest, Virginia, Syracuse, Georgia Tech, and Kansas State.
Norton transfers in after a pair of seasons as a redshirt freshman at Cal Poly. After appearing in three games as a freshman in being able to redshirt, Norton appeared in 11 more this past fall for the Mustangs.

Norton is a native of Mission Viejo, California and was a member of the 2023 recruiting cycle.
Now, Norton is the No. 12 IOL and No. 129 overall transfer per On3’s 2025 Top Transfer Portal Players.
With that, Norton is the fourth addition out of the portal during this cycle for the maize & blue. They already added WR Donaven McCulley (Indiana) last week before also earning commitments from twins at defensive back in Tevis Metcalf and TJ Metcalf (Arkansas) tonight as well.
