Miami LB Malik Bryant signs with Missouri out of NCAA Transfer Portal
Former Miami linebacker Malik Bryant has signed with Missouri out of the NCAA Transfer Portal, according to On3’s Pete Nakos. Bryant, a junior last season, has two seasons of eligibility in Columbia after earning a redshirt with just four games played in 2025.
Bryant officially entered the portal on Wednesday with a do-not-contact tag on his profile. Bryant appeared in just four games this past season, finishing with two total tackles. After appearing in eight games as a true freshman in 2023, Bryant played in 12 games in 2024 as a sophomore, finishing with 17 total tackles, five tackles for loss, and 1.5 sacks that season.
The 6-foot-2, 240-pound Bryant signed with Miami as a four-star prospect and Top 200 overall player in the 2023 recruiting cycle out of Jones (Orlando, Fla.) He was the No. 23-ranked linebacker in the class and No. 42 player out of Florida, according to the Rivals Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all three major recruiting media companies.
