2022 WR Mehki Wall decides to remain in NC, commits to Duke
Greensboro (N.C.) Dudley wide receiver Mehki Wall committed Monday to Duke.
Wall is a consensus three-star wideout and made the announcement at his high school. He choose the Blue Devils over six schools, including Louisville, Coastal Carolina and Rutgers.
In September, Wall went on two visits to Durham. He watched Duke play North Carolina A&T during an official visit on Sept. 11 and then returned for an unofficial visit for the Blue Devils win over Kansas on Sept. 18.
He has been a key contributor to Greensboro (N.C.) Dudley’s 7-1 start to the 2021 season. He has a team-high 19 receptions for 417 yards and three touchdowns.

He is the 17th commit in the 2022 Duke recruit class.
The class has only one other wide receiver in Asheville (N.C.) Asheville School’s Jaden Watkins. There are three tight end commits in Cincinnati St. Xavier’s Max Klare, Raleigh (N.C.) Cardinal Gibbons’ Jake Taylor and Haymarket (Va.) Battlefield’s Wesley Williams
The top recruit in the class — and only player ranked in the 2022 On300 — is Bronx (N.Y.) Cardinal Hayes quarterback Henry Belin.
