WATCH: Auburn 3-star CB Jacorious Hart notches 92-yard pick-six

Auburn (Ala.) Loachapoka School three-star cornerback Jacorious Hart had a good summer. That’s because he committed to Auburn on Aug. 12.

On Friday against Verbena (Ala.), Hart continued his strong fall. In the 14-0 win, he recorded a 92-yard interception return for a touchdown.

Hart is the No. 816 overall prospect and No. 82 cornerback in the 2023 On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 33 player in Alabama. 

Auburn currently has seven other commitments alongside Hart. The Tigers’ 2023 recruiting class ranks No. 36 in the 2023 On3 Consensus Team Recruiting Rankings and No. 12 in the SEC.

Hart had high praise for the Tigers following his commitment.

“It’s a special day for me,” Hart told Lee. “Auburn has always been special to me. It has a family feel. It’s the hometown team and I have the opportunity to play for it in front of my family and friends. I don’t have to drive hours away to go to a school that can get me to the NFL.”

Hart has an On3 NIL Valuation of $16.4K. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
